I started this morning approximately 2800 words behind. This morning, on a wonderful turkey day, I busted my butt and wrote down 2,808 words putting me at 40,015!  Happy Holidays indeed I am finally back on track to complete my Nanowrimo novel in the 30 days for the first time since the 8th.  Woot!  Now I can really sit back and enjoy that turkey with a smile on my face.

I’m learning now though that I’m only midway through this novel and I expect I will be writing another 40 – 50k words in December to wrap this up.  So much for a 50k novel I was expecting but that’s a good thing!
