To me, there are two scenes that come easiest when writing..  A long conversation and fight scenes.  Both are my favorites to write especially when the conversation is a very large plot reveal or builds the characters together or the battle is extra intense and has a lot at stake.

But one thing that I hope has come true in my writing is that my fight scenes are realistic and gritty.  And how I accomplish this fact is by fighting myself.  I just wanted to share a portion of how I come up with fight scene.  I am in the yellow shoes.
