So the first draft is done, and thus began the editting of it all. This is a long arduous task that I can say is not the most fun part. But my wife who is assisting me with the editing and I have come to a good system of using a dropbox like service to put versions and we download from that spot.
Things I have learned, the first draft is complete garbage and all the credit going to my friend Kevin for being my first test reader and trudging his way through the word muck that I created.
Currently, we are 5 chapters into editing and our goal is complete 2+ per week. My ultimate goal has been pushed back from publishing at the end of February to the end of March so I can begin part 2 of the book in Camp Nanowrimo in April.
I have posted up the cover art work in the books section of this site. It was completed by an artist named Frederick Herrmann and he did a great job capturing my vision of what the cover should be. Here’s to many more books and book covers together!
Just a quick update on the status of the current book.
